- Assessment and Interview
- Original Copy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Immunization Record(Pre-school Only)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character/Honorable Dismissal
- Form 138 (Report Card) from previous school
For families with more than one child currently enrolled in the school, there will be a discount of Php 700.00 for the tuition fee of each child after the first.
